Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have a great experience with PIXAFY.IO. If something isn’t working for you, we’re here to help. This policy applies to all purchases made on pixafy.io, unless a product page states a different policy.


1) Summary (TL;DR)

  • Digital products: 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Bundles & packs: covered by the same 7-day guarantee.
  • Non-refundable: custom services, coaching calls already delivered, and renewals that have already started.

  • Processing time: refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please submit your request within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order ID and the email used at checkout.
  • The product name (e.g., “LinkedIn Profile Optimization Kit – Pro”).
  • A brief reason so we can improve (optional but appreciated).

3) Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Guides)

Most of our catalog is digital (e.g., CV templates, headline/about packs, keyword selectors, trackers, banner kits). You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. By accepting a refund, you agree to delete any downloaded files and not to use the materials thereafter.

4) Subscriptions / Renewals (if applicable)

  • First purchase: eligible for the 7-day guarantee.
  • Renewals: future renewals can be canceled anytime. Already-started billing periods are generally non-refundable.
  • We’ll always consider goodwill partial refunds in exceptional situations.

5) Custom Services & Coaching

  • Before delivery: refundable in full.
  • After delivery or session occurs: non-refundable (time has been rendered).
  • If you’re unhappy with the result, contact us—our goal is to make it right.

6) How to Request a Refund

  2. Subject line: Refund Request – [Order ID]
  3. Include: order ID, product name, purchase date, and short reason.

We typically respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/processor).

7) Price Adjustments & Coupons

If we run a promotion within 7 days of your purchase, email us and we’ll gladly apply a one-time price adjustment as store credit or partial refund (one adjustment per order).

8) Chargebacks

If you believe there’s an unauthorized charge, please contact us first at pixafy.io@gmail.com . Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We keep access and delivery logs to help resolve disputes quickly.

9) Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to accounts with repeated refund patterns, policy abuse, or clear evidence of continued use of refunded materials.

10) Legal & Local Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that may be available to you under applicable consumer laws (e.g., EU/UK cooling-off rights where applicable and not excluded for digital downloads once access begins).
